THE CORPORATION IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION AND IS FORMED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR MATERIALS SUPPORT TO STUDENTS, PARTICULARLY THE ATHLETIC STUDENTS WHO ARE IN SPORT TEAMS AND COMPETITIONS, WITH FUNDS, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND UNIFORMS THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THE EVENTS AT NORTH HIGH SCHOOL IN DES MOINES, IOWA. THE PURPOSE OF THIS KIND OF SUPPORT IS TO KEEP SCHOOL EXTACURRICULAR PROGRAMS ACTIVE AND KEEP STUDENTS OFF THE STREET. THE PROCESS OF GENERATING DONATIONS AND FUNDS FOR THE CORPORATION ALSO BECOME A PLATFORM FOR PARENTS OF THOSE STUDENTS TO GET INVOLVED AND HELP THE PUBLIC SCHOOL TO RUNT THOSE EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE NOT SUPPORTED IN THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL BUDGET. IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THIS PURPOSE, THE CORPORATION SHALL RELAY ON FUNDING FROM GENERAL PUBLIC SUPPORT AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INVIDIDUAL CHARITABLE DONATIONS.
