PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR MEMBERS TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, SHOPPING, ATTENDING SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, ETC., THUS ALLOWING THEM TO LEAD INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIVES. INDIVIDUAL RIDES ARE PRIMARILY PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS. IN 2021, WE PROVIDED 1,881 RIDES FOR 254 MEMBERS.
PROVIDE HOME REPAIRS & OTHER ASSISTANCE AROUND THE HOME AND YARD TO MAKE A SAFE AND HEALTHY LIVING ENVIRONMENT. THIS ALLOWS OLDER ADULTS TO CONTINUE LIVING WITH CONFIDENCE IN THEIR OWN HOME FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. IN 2021, WE PROVIDED 1,586 OF THESE SERVICES FOR 254 MEMBERS.
PROVIDE CULTURAL AND SOCIAL EVENTS AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES THAT ENCOURAGE OLDER ADULTS TO ENGAGE IN THE COMMUNITY TO AVOID ISOLATION AND TO HAVE ENRICHED AND FULFILLING LIVES. IN 2021, WE PROVIDED 3,105 OF THESE SERVICES FOR 254 MEMBERS.
