WE ENABLE SENIORS TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES INDEPENDENTLY, CONNECT WITH THEIR COMMUNITY, AND AGE WITH DIGNITY AND GRACE.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR MEMBERS TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, SHOPPING, ATTENDING SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, ETC., THUS ALLOWING THEM TO LEAD INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIVES. INDIVIDUAL RIDES ARE PRIMARILY PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS. IN 2022, WE PROVIDED 3,418 RIDES FOR 337 MEMBERS.


PROVIDE HOME REPAIRS & OTHER ASSISTANCE AROUND THE HOME AND YARD TO MAKE A SAFE AND HEALTHY LIVING ENVIRONMENT. THIS ALLOWS OLDER ADULTS TO CONTINUE LIVING WITH CONFIDENCE IN THEIR OWN HOME FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. IN 2022, WE PROVIDED 1,392 OF THESE SERVICES FOR 337 MEMBERS.


PROVIDE CULTURAL AND SOCIAL EVENTS AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES THAT ENCOURAGE OLDER ADULTS TO ENGAGE IN THE COMMUNITY TO AVOID ISOLATION AND TO HAVE ENRICHED AND FULFILLING LIVES. IN 2022, WE PROVIDED 1,581OF THESE SERVICES FOR 337 MEMBERS
