OPERATION CODE IS A 501C3 REGISTERED NON-PROFIT WITH THE MISSION TO HELP OUR TRANSITIONING MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS VETERANS AND MILITARY SPOUSE ENTER AND GROW IN THEIR TECH CAREERS. WE ACHIEVE THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 1:1 MENTORING ACCESS TO INDUSTRY CONFERENCES WRAPAROUND SERVICES AND CASE MANAGEMENT. OPERATION CODE ALSO PROVIDES DIVERSITY AND MILITARY CULTURAL COMPETENCY TRAINING FOR TECH ENTERPRISES TO BREAK DOWN BARRIERS IN TALENT ACQUISITION AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION. WE BUILD CUSTOM CURRICULUM FOR PAID APPRENTICESHIP-TO-HIRE PROGRAMS AT TECH COMPANIES TO EXPEDITE THE HIRING PIPELINE FOR MARGINALIZED MEMBERS.

COMMUNITY GROWTH: THE OPERATION CODE COMMUNITY GREW BY 1455 MEMBERS IN 2022.


PROGRAMS: THE ACTIVE PROGRAMS FOR OPERATION CODE INCLUDE 1:1 MENTORSHIP: 97 MENTORSHIP REQUEST SESSIONS COMPLETED. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIPS: 154 SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED. PROJECT REBUILD AFGHAN REFUGEE TECH TRAINING PROGRAM: OPERATION CODE GRADUATED THE FIRST COHORT 10 GRADUATES AND LAUNCHED THE SECOND COHORT OF 8 STUDENTS CASE MANAGEMENT VIA THE REFERRALS TEAM: WE PROVIDED CASE MANAGEMENT TO WRAPAROUND SERVICES FOR 10 MEMBERS.


BOARD AND VOLUNTEERS: IN 2022 OPERATION CODE BROUGHT ON TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS ALEX WU AND ALEX BITUIN. ADDITIONALLY OPERATION CODE HAD 33 VOLUNTEERS IN 2022.
