PEACEHEALTH RIDES BIKE SHARE:SPONSORED BY PEACEHEALTH AND ADMINISTERED AS A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE CITY OF EUGENE, UNIVERSITY OF OREGON, AND LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT, PEACEHEALTH RIDES IS A SELF-SERVICE NETWORK OF BIKE SHARE BIKES AND HUBS. BICYCLES ARE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AND CAN BE RENTED VIA THE PEACEHEALTH RIDES APP. EQUIPMENT IS PUBLICLY OWNED; PROGRAM FUNDS CIRCULATE LOCALLY. CASCADIA MOBILITY MANAGES ALL ASPECT OF PROGRAM OPERATIONS AND MARKETING.ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMMING:VALET & EVENT BIKE PARKING SERVICES - DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE CYCLING TO EVENTS BY PROVIDING CONVENIENT AND SECURE BIKE PARKING SOLUTIONS. SUPERPEDESTRIAN E-SCOOTER SHARE (LIMITED DURATION PROGRAM):THROUGH A CONTRACT WITH SUPERPEDESTRIAN, CASCADIA MOBILITY OPERATED THE CITY OF EUGENE'S PERMIT-BASED E-SCOOTER SHARE PILOT FROM MARCH - DECEMBER 2023. THIS INITIATIVE MEANINGFULLY EXPANDED THE NUMBER OF TRIPS TAKEN BY SHARED TRANSPORTATION. EQUIPMENT WAS PRIVATELY OWNED; LOCAL CONTROL WAS LIMITED. A PORTION OF PROGRAM FUNDS REMAINED LOCAL TO COVER OPERATING COSTS, THE MAJORITY OF REVENUE WAS RETAINED BY SUPERPEDESTRIAN. SHARE PILOT PROGRAM HAD 400 ACTIVE SCOOTERS.
