WE HELPED OVER 2,000 CHICAGO AREA CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM HOMELESSNESS OR ARE AT-RISK. OF THOSE 2,000, WE SUPPORTED OVER 400 CHILDREN WHO LIVE IN FOSTER INSTITUTIONS. WE SPONSORED WEEKLY MEALS AND PROVISION OF NECESSITIES TO HOMELESS AND AT-RISK YOUTH LIVING IN GARAGES, BASEMENTS AND LOW-BUDGET MOTELS. WE HOSTED OVER 600 PACKING AND DELIVERY PROJECTS TO PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH NECESSITIES, DIGNITY, AND ASSISTANCE YEAR ROUND SO THEY CAN ACHIEVE BRIGHTER FUTURES. MEALS AND NECESSITIES PROVIDED INCLUDED 150,000 MEALS, 35,000 SCHOOL SUPPLIES, 75,000 TOILETRIES, 10,000 MASKS, 8,000 FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS, 2,000 HATS AND GLOVES, 12,000 UNITS OF SOCKS, CLOTHING & SHOES,$30,000 IN FOOD GIFT CARDS AND $1,000 IN TOILETRY GIFT CARDS.WE INSTALLED FOUR PRIVACY GARDENS AT CHILDREN'S GROUP HOMES TO KEEP CHILDREN SAFER WHEN PLAYING OUTSIDE.WE RENOVATED FOUR WINGS AT A FOSTER GROUP HOME FOR 38 CHILDREN.
