THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING FOR SUCH PURPOSES THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE CLERMONT ANIMAL CARE HUMANE SOCIETY'S MISSION IS TO OVERSEE ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AND MANAGE THE CLERMONT COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER AS A NO-KILL ENTITY, WITH SUPPORT OF A STRONG NETWORK OF PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS, WE WILL EXPAND SERVICES AND ADMISSION POLICIES TO BECOME AN OPEN-ADMISSION SHELTER AND PROVIDE IMPORTANT RESOURCES TO PET OWNERS IN THE COUNTY. OUR VISION IS TO BE A VALUABLE RESOURCE FOR THE CLERMONT COUNTY COMMUNITY - REUNITING LOST COMPANION PETS, REDUCING THE STRAY POPULATION, OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNWANTED ANIMALS TO BE ADOPTED OR RESCUED AND PROVIDING THE PUBLIC WITH INFORMATION & PROGRAMS FOR RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP
