SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED OUR FESTIVAL IN 2022 AFTER A 2 YEAR HIATUS DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. HELD TO OUR ANNUAL BUDGET. FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE INCREASED DONATIONS BY 20% OVER 2019 WHICH WAS OUR LAST FESTIVAL. VOLUNTEER CHAIR FILLED ONLY 75% OF OUR VOLUNTEER SHIFTS AS VOLUNTEERS BECOME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO FIND. PLANS TO INCREASE THAT FOR 2023. INCREASED EMPHASIS ON BOARD DEVELOPMENT AND RECRUITMENT. INCREASED EMPHASIS ON REACHING OUT TO THE UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY. POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM SURVEYS ON LEVEL OF TALENT. 100% OF OUR PERFORMERS WERE FROM MINNESOTA. SUCCESSFUL GRANTS FROM THE MN STATE ARTS BOARD, SW REGIONAL ARTS COUNCIL, 3M, HUTCHINSON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, WALMART, CASEY'S GENERAL STORES, AND TARGET. IDENTIFIED A NEED FOR "FLYING" THE LIGHTING STRUCTURES FOR THE STAGE. DEVELOPING PLANS WITH CITY, ENGINEERS AND LIGHTING TECHS FOR 2023 FESTIVAL. RIVERSONG WORKS WITH MORE THAN 100 LOCAL BUSINESSES AND PARTNERS TO SUPPORT OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY.
