REGULATORY AND LEGAL ADVOCACY TO PREVENT THE OVERBUILD OF GAS INFRASTRUCTURE: PLAN-NE ENGAGED IN STATE REGULATORY PROCEEDINGS INMASSACHUSETTS AND FEDERAL COURT AND REGULATORY PROCEEDINGS TO PREVENT THE OVERBUILD OF GAS INFRASTRUCTURE AND MINIMIZE ENVIRONMENTAL AND COMMUNITY IMPACTS. A MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT THAT PLAN-NE OPPOSED WAS SUSPENDED IN 2017, AND ANOTHER CONCEPTUAL BUILDOUT THAT PLAN-NE OPPOSED NEVER PROCEEDED TO A FORMAL PROPOSAL.
