THE PURPOSE OF RESCUE AMERICA IS TO COMBAT HUMAN SEX TRAFFICKING. RESCUE AMERICA EXISTS TO RESCUE, REVIVE, AND EMPOWER THE SEXUALLY EXPLOITED THROUGH A 24/7 HOTLINE AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE.

IN 2022, THE HOTLINE RECEIVED 1,421 CALLS, WITH 794 OF THOSE CALLS BEING FROM VICTIMS OF SEX TRAFFICKING OR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, AND 148 EXITING THE LIFE. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOTLINE CALLS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED FROM 2021, BY ALMOST 200%, WITH CALLS COMING IN FROM 264 CITIES ACROSS AMERICA. WITH 15 OUTREACH HUBS NATIONWIDE, VOLUNTEERS PLACED 13,664 OUTBOUND CALLS OFFERING A MESSAGE OF HOPE WHILE DISTRIBUTING THE HOTLINE NUMBER.
