OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY. OUR VISION IS TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF GENERATIONAL POVERTY AND THE EFFECTS OF SYSTEMATIC INJUSTICES BY EMPOWERING, EDUCATING AND ENCOURAGING THE YOUTH AND FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.

CCHP 2.0 & 3.0 - PROVIDER OF HEALTH CLINICS, OUTREACH AND EVENTS TARGETING LOCAL YOUTH AND FAMILIES. INCREASED ACCESS TO FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS, VERIFIABLE INFORMATION AND CV-19 VACCINES FOR HIGH RISK AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES.
