COMMUNITY IMPACT ACCELERATOR - OUR CORE SERVICE ACCELERATES AND AMPLIFIES COMMUNITY EFFORTS TO HAVE TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT AND CREATE THRIVING COMMUNITIES. WE DO THIS BY IDENTIFYING HIGH IMPACT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH A COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROCESS, LAUNCHING A CATALYTIC COLLABORATIVE PROJECT, INVESTING IN FOLLOW ON COLLABORATIONS THAT EMERGE, MOBILIZING THE FULL RANGE OF CAPITAL ACROSS THESE INITIATIVES, AND STEWARDING THIS PROCESS TOWARDS A VIRTUOUS CYCLE THAT LEADS TO GREATER AND GREATER COLLABORATION AND INVESTMENT IN SYSTEMS SCALE CHANGE.

CAPACITY SUPPORT, CONSULTING SERVICES, FACILITATION - WE PROVIDE ALIGNED ORGANIZATIONS WITH ADDITIONAL CAPACITY AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO TAKE ON NEW PROJECTS, COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING PROGRAMS, FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS, GIS AND MAPPING, DATABASE DEVELOPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND A VARIETY OF OTHER EFFORTS THAT THEY CAN'T ACHIEVE ON THEIR OWN. WE FACILITATE RETREATS, PLANNING SESSIONS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, COMMUNICATIONS AND CULTURE WORKSHOPS, AND OTHER PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
