"REUNITED IN DANCE" BROUGHT TOGETHER MULTIPLE ARTISTS WHO DANCED WITH RUSSIA'S MOST ELITE COMPANIES, SUCH AS THE BOLSHOI AND MARIINSKY BALLETS AND STANISLAVSKY THEATRE, BEFORE FLEEING THE COUNTRY IN RESPONSE TO RUSSIA'S WAR AGAINST UKRAINE. THESE ARTISTS WERE "REUNITED" IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO BRING A RE-IMAGINED FLOWERING OF ONE OF THE GREATEST ASSETS OF WORLD CULTURE: RUSSIAN BALLET. THE PROGRAM WAS UNDER THE ARTISTIC DIRECTION OF BRITISH DANCER XANDER PARISH, FORMER PRINCIPAL DANCER AT THE MARIINSKY.
