THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED A 88,450 GRANT TO THE KAPPA SIGMA HOUSE COMPANY TO ASSIST ITS RENOVATIONS NEEDED TO BECOME COMPLIANT WITH MODERN STUDENT HOUSING STANDARDS. THE GRANT WAS SPECIFICALLY EARMARKED FOR USE IN RENOVATION OF STUDY AREAS AND OTHER ACADEMIA ASPECTS OF THE HOUSING ENVIRONMENT.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED A 2,500 SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE BENEFIT OF AN ELIGIBLE STUDENT AT THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY. THE FUNDS WERE REMITTED TO THE BURSAR'S OFFICE AND APPLIED TO THE STUDENT'S ACCOUNT.
