DURING 2020, OSS WAS BUSY REMOVING NON-NATIVE PLANTS AND REPLACING THEM WITH NATIVE PLANTS THAT WILL ATTRACT BUTTERFLIES AND BENEFIT OTHER WILDLIFE;WORKING ON WATER ACQUISITION AND INSPECTION OF TREES FOR SUDDEN OAK DISEASE. MADE A PROPOSAL FOR EASEMENT TO PROVIDE MUTUAL PROPERTY ACCESS. MADE A PROPOSAL TO THE SAUSALITO CITY COUNCIL TO RECOGNIZE SAUSALITO HIGHLANDS IN THE GENERAL PLAN AND DRAFT EIR. WE ISSUED OUR PERIODIC NEWSLETTER TO OUR SUPPORTERS SO WE COULD KEEP THEM ABREAST OF OUR ACTIVITIES.
