MANAGEMENT AND THE BOARD APPROVED A PLAN OF DISSOLUTION ON OCTOBER 1, 2019. THIS DISSOLUTION WAS COMPLETED IN 2021. COOP HAS PROVIDED MORE THAN 10,000 HOURS OF COACHING AND MENTORING SINCE FALL 2015. COOP'S ALUMNI CAPTAINS ARE THE CLEAREST MANIFESTATION OF OUR :PAY-IT-FORWARD" ETHOS, AND THEIR JOINT INVESTMENT HINTS AT THE SERIOUS POTENTIAL OF NEAR-PEER COACHING. THIS REPRESENTS COOP'S MODEL OF IMPACT. BY FOCUSING OUR WORK ON A PAY-IT-FORWARD MODEL, COOP MAINTAINS AN INCREDIBLY LOW COST-PER-OUTCOME RATIO OF $7,000 PER PARTICIPANT.
