THE AMERICAN DEBATE LEAGUE IS THE SCHOLASTIC DEBATE LEAGUE. OUR MISSION IS TO HELP CHILDREN BECOME BETTER THINKERS, SPEAKERS AND LEADERS. THE AMERICAN DEBATE LEAGUE OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM THAT OFFERS PUBLIC SPEAKING, DEBATE, AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. WE PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCES TO HELP CREATE AND ESTABLISH DEBATE TEAMS AND FOR DEBATE INSTRUCTION DURING SCHOOL HOURS. WE ORGANIZE MONTHLY TOURNAMENTS, SUMMER DEBATE CAMPS, AND COLLEGE VISITS/TOURS FOR CHILDREN, SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THE IMPACT OF PUBLIC SPEAKING AND DEBATE IS IMMEASURABLE FROM BUILDING A CHILD'S CONFIDENCE, INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY, HIGHER CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS & FINALLY LEADERSHIP SKILLS. THESE SKILLS HAVE BEEN SHOWN TO BE THE KEYS TO SUCCESS/COLLEGE FOR YOUTH PEOPLE. OUR BELIEF IS THAT DEBATE CHANGES LIVES.

SUMMER DEBATE CAMP - WE ORGANIZE AND HOST ANNUAL SUMMER SPEECH AND DEBATE CAMPS FOR CHILDREN OF ALL GRADES. WE OFFER FULL SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN IN NEED. WE OFFER DEBATE CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND ELECTIVES.
