WE'RE HONORED TO HAVE WORKED WITH OVER 75,000 ENTREPRENEURS SINCE 2014, HALF OF WHOM ARE WOMEN AND MORE THAN 66% OF WHOM ARE PERSONS OF COLOR.THE VENTURE EQUITY PROJECT IS A PROJECT THAT AIMS TO PERMANENTLY REDUCE THE BARRIERS THAT IMPEDE PERSONS OF COLOR WHO WISH TO PURSUE THEIR ENTREPRENEURIAL DREAMS. THE FIRST TWO YEARS FOSTERED INTERVENTIONS ACROSS RESEARCH, PRACTICE AND POLICY WITH RESULTS ACROSS ALL 6 CONDITIONS OF SYSTEM CHANGE (POLICIES, PRACTICES, RESOURCE FLOWS, RELATIONSHIPS & CONNECTIONS, POWER DYNAMICS, MENTAL MODELS). DOZENS OF CONVENINGS IN THE US AND UK WITH INFLUENTIAL LIMITED PARTNERS, GENERAL PARTNERS, DIVERSE FOUNDERS, AND DATA-PROVIDING ORGANIZATIONS LIKE PITCHBOOK AND GO DADDY'S VENTURE FORWARD RESULTED IN ACCELERATED SUPPORT AND THE IDENTIFICATION OF CRITICAL INTERVENTION OPPORTUNITIES AT THE INTERSECTION OF RACE, GENDER, AND GEOGRAPHY.
