WE ARE DEDICATED TO PROVIDING MARKET-BASED SOLUTIONS THAT BALANCE ECOLOGICAL AND HUMAN LIVELIHOODS. OUR WORK IS FOCUSED IN WEST KALIMANTAN, INDONESIA WHERE WE PROVIDE ECONOMIC INCENTIVES FOR SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MGMT.

GENERAL PROGRAMS: OUR PROGRAM SERVICES WERE CARRIED OUT IN WEST KALIMANTAN, INDONESIA. WE PROVIDE SOCIO-ECONOMIC BENEFITS TO COMMUNITIES IN EXCHANGE FOR ADOPTING NEW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLANS CENTERED AROUND LARGE PROTECTED AREAS IN INDONESIA. OUR MODEL UTILIZES A UNIQUE FOUR-STEP APPROACH TO HELP COMMUNITIES ACHIEVE FAIR AND EQUITABLE DEVELOPMENT BY BUILDING CONSERVATION COMPACTS. WE FACILITATE GREEN PROSPERITY THROUGH (I) IDENTIFYING NEW LIVELIHOODS AND SOURCES OF INCOME, (II) TRANSFERRING ASSETS AND PROVIDING PRODUCTION TRAINING TO LAUNCH BUSINESSES (E.G., SEEDLINGS, FERTILIZER, LIVESTOCK, ETC.), (III) BUILDING COMMUNITY CAPITAL BY CREATING SAVINGS AND LOANS PROGRAMS AT THE VILLAGE LEVEL, AND (IV) PROVIDING MENTORING AND LIFE SKILLS COACHING TO PROMOTE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
