TOYS ARE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE LOS ANGELES POLICE FOUNDATIONS, FIRE DEPARTMENTS, SPARK OF LOVE, PACIFIC BOYS LODGE, BOYS TOWN, RESCUE MISSIONS & VARIOUS OTHER AUTHORIZED ASSISTANCE AGENCIES & 501(C)3S.

OUR CORE FUNCTION IS PROVIDING A VENUE FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOYS FOR DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN. ALL MONETARY DONATIONS ARE USED TO PURCHASE TOYS WITH ARE THEN ADDED TO THOSE COLLECTED AT THE SOLICITATION EVENT AND FORWARDED TO OTHER ARE USED TO PURCHASE TOYS WITH ARE THEN ADDED TO THOSE COLLECTED AT THE SOLICITATION EVENT AND FORWARDED TO OTHER 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS FOR VETTING AND DISTRIBUTION. ANY EXPENSE IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THIS EFFORT. EVENT EXPENSES CONSIST MAINLY OF INSURANCE POLICIES, PERMITS, RENTALS, BOXES FOR TOYS, AND ANY USED FOR MINOR DONATION GIFTS (T-SHIRTS, DONUTS, SODAS.) A LARGE PORTION OF THE EVENT EXPENSE GOES TO INSURANCE AND PORTA-POTTIES. GRANTS LISTED HERE ARE NON-CASH, ALL TOYS, AND ARE SHOWN IN SCHEDULE M. AS THIS IS OUR CORE FUNCTION, ALL REVENUE LISTED ALSO INCLUDES THOSE CONTRIBUTIONS MADE FOR THE PURPOSE OF EVENT FUNCTION SUPPORT BUT NOT NEEDED FOR THAT EVENT YEAR WHICH ARE COMBINED WITH ALL OTHER FUNDS AND USED TO PURCHASE MORE TOYS. REMAINDER COVERED BACKGROUND OR SUSTAINING COSTS WITH A CASH CORE HELD IN RESERVE TOWARDS THE NEXT YEAR'S EVENT. AS THIS IS THE SOLE EVENT FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE, DONATIONS MADE OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT ARE WHAT WE USE FOR OPERATIONAL EXPENSES EVEN THOUGH IT COULD ALL BE CONSIDERED ONE SINGLE FUNCTION. WE PREFER THAT THE SUBSISTENCE COSTS ARE REVIEWABLE AS AN IDENTIFIABLE ELEMENT WITHIN THE OPERATION.
