PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITY OF MAUI COUNTY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PROJECTS NEEDED IN THE COMMUNITY. IN 2023 OUR FOCUS WAS MAINLY FOR THE PEOPLE AFFECTED BY FIRES ON AUGUST 8TH.

MAUI RAPID REPONSE, A COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSE TEAM, PLAYED A PIVOTAL ROLE IN AIDING THOSE AFFECTED BY THE MAUI WILDFIRES. THE ORGANIZATION COODINATED VOLUNTEER EFFORTS, MANAGED DONATION DROP-OFF SITES & PROVIDED ESSENTIAL RESOURCES SUCH AS SHELTERS, FOOD & SUPPLIES TO IMPACTED RESIDENTS.


GRANTS CENTRAL STATION PROVIDES FISCAL SPONSORSHIPS FOR GROUPS WANT TO PROVIDING AID TO INDIVIDUALS IN MAUI COUNTY AFFECTED BY HUNGER, FIRE, FLOOD, AND HOMELESSNESS.


MAUI MEDIC HEALERS HUI IS A KANAKA MAOLI LED TEAM PROVIDING MULTI- DISCIPLINARY CARE, INCLUDING TRADITIONAL NATIVE HAWAIIAN HEALING PRACTICES AS WELL AS WESTERN & EASTERN MEDICINE, TO SUPPORT THE AFFECT COMMUNITIES.


ROOTS REBORN MAUI EMERGED AS A VITAL SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR IMMIGRANT & MIGRANT COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE MAUI WILDFIRES.
