MOVEMENT BUILDING AND PUBLIC AWARENESS. THROUGH OUR OWN ACTIVITIES AND BY SUPPORTING THE ALIGNED WORK OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, XQ SEEKS TO BUILD NATIONAL WILL FOR HIGH SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION. WE PURSUE THAT GOAL THROUGH CREATIVE USE OF MEDIA (INCLUDING FILM, TELEVISION AND SOCIAL MEDIA), STORYTELLING, DONATED ADVERTISING, PUBLIC REPORTS ON KEY ISSUES IN HIGH SCHOOL REFORM, AND PUBLIC SPEAKING.
SUPPORT FOR NEW HIGH SCHOOL DESIGNS AND TOOLS & RESOURCES FOR COMMUNITY ADVOCATES TO ENGAGE IN HIGH SCHOOL REDESIGN. XQ WORKS IN COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY, WITH INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS AND ENTIRE SCHOOL SYSTEMS, TO HELP THEM DREAM BIG ABOUT WHAT HIGH SCHOOL COULD BE, TURN THEIR INNOVATIVE IDEAS INTO ACTION, AND CREATE MORE RIGOROUS AND EQUITABLE SCHOOLS. XQ SHARES WHAT'S WORKING WITH OTHER SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS, SO THEY CAN TAILOR NEW MODELS TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR OWN STUDENTS AND COMMUNITIES.
