OUR VISION IS TO CREATE A PATHWAY FROM $250 A MONTH TO FAIR MARKET RATE HOUSING THAT ENCOURAGES INCREMENTAL GROWTH FOR OUR CLIENTS. WITH THE SUCCESS OF OUR LODGES, WE ARE HOPING TO HAVE A COLLECTION OF HOUSING THAT CAN BE ADAPTED TO ANY CITY OR TOWN OUR SIZE. AS PROMISED LAST YEAR, WE HAVE WORKED TO DEVELOP A MANUFACTURED HOME PARK THIS YEAR. CCJ IS ENGINEERING THE PROJECT NOW AND HOPING TO PURCHASE THE FIRST PHASE OF MANUFACTURED HOMES THIS YEAR.
