HOMELESS PREVENTION, RAPID & TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: THIS PROGRAM OF HSSW PROVIDES RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES THAT PROMOTE LONG-TERM STABILITY, AND CONNECT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES. TRANSITIONAL HOUSING SUPPORT IS PROVIDED AS WELL TO VICTIMS OF CRIME AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT. STAFF SUPPORT CLIENTS WITH SELF- DIRECTED GOAL PLANNING; GOALS OF EDUCATION, CAREER, HEALTHY CHILD DEVELOPMENT, BUDGETING AND LIVABLE WAGE EMPLOYMENT CAN BE ACHIEVED WITH STABLE HOUSING IN PLACE.
