TO ENCHANCE COMMUNICATION AMONG TROOPERS ABOUT DUTY EXPERIENCES WHILE STRENTHENING THEIR RESOLVE TO SEEK CONTINUED WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENTS AS A MEANS OF ATTRACTING AND RETAINING HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS TO BE NEBRASKA STATE TROOPERS.

THE ASSOCIATION PUBLISHES A MAGAZINE CALLED "THE NEBRASKA TROOPER" WHICH IS DISTRIBUTED TO ALL MEMBERS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. THE MAGAZINE CONTAINS ARTICLES TO PROMOTE THE NEBRASKA STATE PATROL, TO EDUCATE AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE.
THE ASSOCIATION ASSISTS AND ADVISES IN BARGAINING NEGOTIATION BETWEEN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA AND ITS MEMBERS FOR FAIR AND EQUITABLE WAGES, SAFETY IN WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
THE ASSOCIATION LOBBIES AND PROVIDES INFORMATION TO THE NEBRASKA LEGISLATURE TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS. THE ASSOCIATION WILL ASSIST IN DRAFTING, REVIEWING AND PROMOTING STATE STATUTES AND REGULATIONS WHICH AFFECT ITS MEMBERS.
