PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATION TO WORKING PEACE OFFICERS SO AS TO OBTAIN REQUIRED TRAINING TO MAINTAIN CERTIFICATION AS A PEACE OFFICER IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI AS MANDATED BY STATE STATUTE. C.
