BUILD AND MAINTAIN AN EXTENSIVE DATA BASE ON CRIMINALS AND THEIR ACTIVITIES. THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS DATABASE IS ACCESSIBLE TO MEMBERS AND HELPS THEM TRACK MOVEMENT AND TRENDS IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. ALSO PROVIDE CASE ANALYSIS AND OTHER ANALYTICAL SERVICES.


TRAINING OF MEMBER AGENCIES BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, TRAINING COURSES, FIELD COORDINATOR ORIENTATIONS AND THE MID-STATES ORGANIZED CRIME INFORMATION CENTER'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND TRAINING SESSIONS.


PROVIDING SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT FOR MEMBER AGENCIES WHICH HELPS IN THEIR EFFORTS TO APPREHEND CRIMINALS AND SUPPLY INFORMATION TO THE ORGANIZATION'S DATABASE.
