TRAINING OF MEMBER AGENCIES BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, TRAINING COURSES, FIELD COORDINATOR ORIENTATIONS AND THE MID-STATES ORGANIZED CRIME INFORMATION CENTER'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND TRAINING SESSIONS.
