UNIFIED CREATES NEIGHBORHOOD-LEVEL TEAMS TO BUILD CONNECTIONS BETWEEN COMMUNITIES AND SCHOOLS. THE OBJECTIVE OF EACH TEAM IS TO CREATE LARGE-SCALE CHANGE WITHIN EACH SCHOOL, AS WELL AS TO SHARE BEST IDEAS AND PRACTICES ACROSS THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. SIMULTANEOUSLY, UNIFIED ADVOCATES FOR ACTION WITH THE SCHOOL BOARD, CITY COUNCIL AND COUNTY COMMISSION. TO MAKE SURE THAT LOCAL GOVERNMENT IS CREATING POLICIES AND FRAMEWORKS IN WHICH STUDENTS CAN THRIVE. UNIFIED WORKS WITH PARENTS, TEACHERS, STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS IN ALL NINE SCHOOL BOARD DISTRICTS IN HAMILTON COUNTY.
