MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES - THE ADVANCED PRACTITIONER SOCIETY FOR HEMATOLOGY AND ONCOLOGY, INC. IS A NONPROFIT MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION CONSISTING OF NURSE PRACTITIONERS, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS, PHARMACISTS, CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALISTS, AND ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSES, ALL WORKING IN ONCOLOGY. THESE INITIATIVES INCLUDEDEVELOPING QUALITY CONTENT, BUILDING STRATEGIC ALLIANCES, PROMOTING THE INTEGRATION OF RESEARCH INTO PRACTICE GOALS, PROMOTING EXTERNAL ADVOCACY, GROWING REVENUE STREAMS, AND DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING ADVANCED PRACTITIONER LEADERS.
