EDUCATION ON THE PROPER AND SAFE USE OF PUBLIC TRAILS AND OFF-ROAD USE. THE MAJOR ACTIVITY IS THE "WINTER 4X4 JAMBOREE" CONDUCTED EACH JANUARY. EXCESS FUNDS ARE DONATED TO NON-PROFITS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO HELP MAINTAIN AND KEEP PUBLIC TRAILS OPEN AND SAFE.

STAGING AREA CONSTRUCTION OF A 5 ACRE SITE TO PROVIDE A SAFE AREA FOR OFF-ROAD VEHICLES TO ACCESS SAND HOLLOW MOUNTAIN AND ITS TRAILS.
WINTER 4X4 JAMBOREE: A 4 DAY EXPERIENCE FOR OFF-ROAD ENTHUSIASTS OF 1035 VEHICLES AND 2500 PARTICIPANTS TO RAISE MONEY AND AWARENESS FOR PUBLIC TRAILS AND LAND MANAGED BY THE BLM. INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING WAS GIVEN ABOUT PROPER OFF-ROAD USE AND SKILLS AS WELL AS THE PROPER USE AND PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC/PRIVATE LAND AND ENVIRONMENT.
