LAKE WILDERNESS FOREST SCHOOL IS AN ALL OUTDOOR, NATURE-BASED EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-6, LOCATED AT THE LAKE WILDERNESS ARBORETUM IN MAPLE VALLEY, WASHINGTON. THE PROGRAM OPERATED 33 WEEKS AND EMPLOYED 6 TEACHERS IN 2019. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED SERVICES TO 38 STUDENTS FROM JANUARY 2019 TO MAY 2019 AND 40 STUDENTS FROM SEPTEMBER 2019 TO DECEMBER 2019. EXPENSES FOR THE PROGRAM INCLUDED SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES, A SITE USAGE FEE AND A MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID TO THE LAKE WILDERNESS ARBORETUM FOR USE OF SPACE, SUPPLIES, AND FOOD. SUPPLIES CONSISTED OF ITEMS SUCH AS BOOKS, GARDENING TOOLS, CRAFT SUPPLIES, AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. FOOD EXPENSES COVERED A LIGHT SNACKS DURING SCHOOL (SUCH AS OATMEAL, APPLES, CARROTS, POTATOES, ETC.). FIRST AID AND OFFICE SUPPLIES ARE ALSO KEPT ON SITE FOR TEACHER AND STUDENT USE AND A WATER SERVICE PROVIDES POTABLE WATER FOR THE SITE.


MASON JAR FARM SCHOOL IS AN ALL OUTDOOR, NATURE-BASED EARLY LEARNING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES 3-6, LOCATED AT THE MASON JAR FARM IN ENUMCLAW, WASHINGTON. THE PROGRAM OPERATED 33 WEEKS AND EMPLOYED 2 TEACHERS IN 2019. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED SERVICES TO 10 STUDENTS FROM JANUARY 2019 TO MAY 2019 AND 10 STUDENTS FROM SEPTEMBER 2019 TO DECEMBER 2019. EXPENSES FOR THE PROGRAM INCLUDED SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES, A SITE USAGE FEE PAID TO THE MASON JAR FARM FOR USE OF SPACE, SUPPLIES, AND FOOD.
