IN 2022 WE PROVIDED 24 7 365 HOUSING CASE MANAGEMENT AND FOLLOW UP CARE TO 26 YOUTH VIA OUR SHELTER SERVICES KNOWN AS "THE YES HOUSE." ADDITIONALLY WE PROVIDED 118 COMMUNITY BASED CONTACTS THROUGH OUR OUTREACH AND TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES. ALL SERVICES FOCUS ON ADDRESSING BASIC NEEDS LIFE SKILLS FAMILY RESTORATION AND RESOURCE CONNECTION FOR YOUTH AGES 10-24 AND THEIR FAMILIES.
