SHORE-SIDE POWER PROJECTTHE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRED CERTAIN POWER EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN PORT HUENEME, CALIFORNIA (THE "SHORE-SIDE EQUIPMENT") FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION OF A STATE-OF-THE-ART WHARF ELECTRIFICATION SYSTEM THAT WILL PROVIDE SHORE-SIDE POWER TO CARGO VESSELS AT THE PORT OF HUENEME. AS OF JUNE 30, 2019, CONSTRUCTION HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND THE SHORE-SIDE EQUIPMENT WAS BEING LEASED TO THE OXNARD HARBOR DISTRICT.


ARCTURUS PROJECTTHE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRED CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN OXNARD, CALIFORNIA (THE "ARCTURUS PROPERTY") FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND RENOVATING THE PROPERTY WHICH IS AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF THE PORT OF HUENEME'S LAND OPERATIONS.
