WE ARE THE ORGANIZATION OF APPLIED CROSS-CULTURAL LEADERSHIP RESEARCH AND TRAINING. HODOS INSTITUTE PARTNERS WITH ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP SPIRITUAL, ETHICAL AND EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP THROUGH ITS RESEARCH, PUBLICATIONS, TRAINING, AND CONSULTING. OUR ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH THOSE WHO ARE COMMITTED TO CONNECTING ETHICAL VALUES WITH BEST PRACTICES IN PERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP ACROSS ALL SECTORS OF SOCIETY. OUR AIM IS TO ENGAGE MINDS, TOUCH HEARTS, FEED SOULS AND EQUIP EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP AND FOLLOWERSHIP.

IN 2021 HODOS INSTITUTE CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON APPLIED LEADERSHIP RESEARCH (CROSS CULTURAL LEADERSHIP AND ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERSHIP). WE ALSO PROVIDED NON-FORMAL TRAINING RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL (ECOLOGICAL) CONSCIOUSNESS AND PRACTICES OF CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. WE ALSO CONDUCTED OFFLINE AND ONLINE WORKSHOPS FOR CHURCHES AND CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUAL CHRISTIANS WHO ACTIVELY IMPACT ON CONTEMPORARY ADOLESCENTS IN THE COUNTRIES OF EURASIA. IN THE TRAINING THAT WE OFFERED WE PAID PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO LEADERSHIP FORMATION AMONG ADOLESCENTS. OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR, WE OFFERED NON-FORMAL TRAINING TO CHRISTIAN YOUNG PROFESSIONAL ON THE TOPICS OF TEAMWORK AND PEER-MENTORSHIP. THE PARTICIPANTS WERE FROM SEVERAL COUNTRIES OF EURASIA.
