AUSTIN BAT CAVE PROVIDES OUT-OF-SCHOOL WORKSHOPS ON WEEKENDS AND DURING SPRING BREAK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THESE WORKSHOPS INCLUDE COLLEGE ESSAY WRITING, OP-ED WRITING, POETRY, FICTION, AND PLAYWRITING WORKSHOPS. MOST OF THESE WORKSHOPS MEET REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
FREE AFTER SCHOOL WRITING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN. SERVES MORE THAN 500 CHILDREN WITH 60 ADULT VOLUNTEERS.
FREE SUMMER WRITING PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN. SERVES 150 CHILDREN WITH 20 ADULT VOLUNTEERS.
