THE CAMP OWNERS AND DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION WAS CREATED TO HELP HUNDREDS OF CAMP LEADERS COLLABORATE ON IMPROVING THEIR CAMPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE BUSINESS METHODS. WE FACILITATE THIS PROCESS THROUGH AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE (CODACON) FOCUSED ON SHARING IDEAS, NETWORKING, AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, ALONG WITH FALL VISITS TO CAMPS IN DIFFERENT REGIONS AND YEAR-ROUND WEBINARS ADDRESSING IMPORTANT AND TIMELY TOPICS FOR OUR MEMBERS.
