MEDI FOR HELP PROMOTES THE HEALTH OF, AND PROVIDE RELIEF TO, INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE (I) EITHER POOR OR WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DISASTERS SUCH AS FLOODS, FIRES, RIOTS, STORMS, OR SIMILAR LARGE SCALE EVENTS, AND (II) WHO EITHER REQUIRE PROSTHETIC LIMBS OR SUFFER FROM CHRONIC WOUNDS, LYMPHEDEMA OR SIMILAR MEDICAL CONDITIONS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONDUCT ITS ACTIVITY IN TWO WAYS. FIRST, THE ORGANIZATION, THROUGH VOLUNTEERS PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE ORGANIZATION, WILL PROVIDE SUPPLIES AND TREATMENT DIRECTLY TO THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND WILL PROVIDE TRAINING TO RESIDENTS OF THE LOCATION SERVED IN ORDER TO PERMIT THOSE INDIVIDUALS TO PROVIDE TREATMENT TO THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SECOND, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE FUNDS AND SUPPLIES TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER FOR SUCH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE TREATMENT TO THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
