THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PUBLIC CHARITABLE USES AND PURPOSES. THE CORPORATION'S LONG-TERM CHARITABLE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTING SERVICES TO ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES, WHICH DEVELOP OR ACQUIRE AND THEREAFTER OWN AND OPERATE NURSING HOMES, HOSPICES, RETIREMENT FACILITIES, AND FACILITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED.
