IN 2012, KENTUCKYONE HEALTH, INC. WAS FORMED WHEN TWO MAJOR KENTUCKY HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS, SAINT JOSEPH HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. (SJHS) AND JEWISH HOSPITAL & ST. MARY'S HEALTHCARE, CAME TOGETHER TO WORK FOR A HEALTHIER KENTUCKY BY INTEGRATING MEDICAL RESEARCH, EDUCATION, TECHNOLOGY AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES WHEREVER PATIENTS RECEIVE CARE.KENTUCKYONE HEALTH, INC. DIVESTED THE JEWISH HOSPITAL & ST. MARY'S HEALTHCARE PORTION OF ITS OPERATIONS NOVEMBER 1, 2019. THE REMAINING KENTUCKYONE HEALTH, INC. INCLUDES OVER 100 LOCATIONS INCLUDING PHYSICIAN GROUPS, CLINICS, PRIMARY CARE CENTERS, AND HOSPITALS WITH MORE THAN 900 LICENSED BEDS.KENTUCKYONE HEALTH, INC.
