REQUIRED DISTRIBUTION TO ADVOCATE NORTH SIDE HEALTH NETWORK, A TAX-EXEMPT, NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, TO BE USED TO SUPPORT VARIOUS PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF ADVOCATE AURORA HEALTH AT THE DISCRETION OF ADVOCATE'S MANAGEMENT.


THIS EXPENSE SUPPORTS ADVOCATE NORTH SIDE HEALTH NETWORK HOSPITAL PROGRAMS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND SERVICES AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE OR NECESSARY BY ADVOCATE NORTH SIDE MANAGEMENT.
