Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
INSIGHT SEMINARS IS HERE TO ASSIST US IN TRANSFORMING OURSELVES INTO LOVING SO THAT THE GREATER TRANSFORMATION OF THE PLANET TO LOVING WILL TAKE PLACE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE MANY SEMINARS THAT ARE PUT ON BY INSIGHT SEMINARS. INSIGHT I: THE AWAKENING HEART SEMINAR. THE FIRST OF THE INSIGHT SEMINAR SERIES LAYS A FOUNDATION FOR A UNIQUE JOURNEY OF PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION. IT IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS IN EFFECTIVELY LIVING A FULFILLING LIFE IN ALIGNMENT WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE PERSONAL GOALS AND VALUES AND MANIFESTING GREATER LEVELS OF SUCCESS IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE. THE INSIGHT I SEMINAR GUIDES PARTICIPANTS ON AN ENGAGING, INSPIRING AND ABSORBING ADVENTURE OF SELF- DISCOVERY. IT BEGINS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSESS THE AUTHENTICITY OF PERSONAL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. THEN IT ASSISTS IN THE EXAMINATION OF BELIEFS AND BEHAVIORS TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY PROPEL FORWARD OR HOLD BACK FROM HAVING GENUINE AND HEARTFELT EXPERIENCES. USING SIMPLE YET DYNAMIC TOOLS OF AWARENESS, THE INSIGHT SEMINAR SERIES RECONNECTS PARTICIPANTS TO THEIR AUTHENTIC SELF- WHAT WE CALL THE HEART. THIS RECONNECTING IS THE AWAKENING TO LOVING, ESPECIALLY TO SELF- LOVING. FROM THIS PLACE OF KNOWING AND WISDOM, PEOPLE NATURALLY ALIGN TO THEIR HIGHER SENSE OF PURPOSE, MANIFESTING THE FREEDOM AND ENTHUSIASM THAT ACCOMPANY THAT PURPOSE. AS THE UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE OF "SELF' DEEPENS, PARTICIPANTS CAN PROACTIVELY DEFINE THEIR LIFE, RATHER THAN TRYING TO FIT THEMSELVES INTO PREVIOUSLY DEFINED ROLES. HIGHLY EXPERIENTIAL, THE INSIGHT I IS A POWERFUL FIRST STEP IN SELF-AWAKENING AND SELF-AWARENESS THAT BRINGS EACH PARTICIPANT INTO A MORE CONSCIOUS ALIGNMENT WITH THEIR TRUE PURPOSE. THIS AUTOMATICALLY PROMOTES GREATER JOY, FULFILLMENT AND THE EXPERIENCE OF TRUE ABUNDANCE. IN 2021, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, WE HAD 5 VIRTUAL INSIGHT I'S AND DELIVERED IT TO OVER 1,000 PEOPLE WORLDWIDE. INSIGHT II: THE OPENING HEART SEMINAR. THE INSIGHT II PROCESS PROVIDES NUMEROUS CONTEXTS FOR EXAMINING DEEP-SEATED BELIEFS AND BEHAVIORS, SO STUDENTS CAN DETERMINE WHICH SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR DEEPER PURPOSE AND WHICH HOLD THEM BACK. FROM AN EXPANDED PERSPECTIVE, PARTICIPANTS CAN MAKE CHOICES THAT SERVE THEM IN RELATING, WORKING AND LIVING MORE EFFECTIVELY. INSIGHT II BROADENS AND DEEPENS THE SELF-EXPLORATION WORK BEGUN IN INSIGHT I. FOR MANY STUDENTS, THIS SEMINAR CREATES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO OPEN TO THE MAGNIFICENCE OF THEIR AUTHENTIC SELF. THE INSIGHT II SEMINAR IS AN INTENSIVE, DYNAMIC FIVE-DAY SMALL GROUP EXPERIENCE. WITH A MAXIMUM OF 40 PARTICIPANTS, STRONG BONDS OF TRUST AND ACCEPTANCE ARE QUICKLY CREATED AND MUTUAL RESPECT AND SUPPORT ARE NURTURED. SIMILAR IN SOME ASPECTS TO INSIGHT I, THE INSIGHT II SEMINAR PLACES A GREATER EMPHASIS ON INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION, GAMES, INTERACTION, AND PROCESSES THAN ON LECTURETTES. PROFOUND BREAKTHROUGHS IN SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND A GREATER SENSE OF EXPANSION AND EMPOWERMENT ARE HALLMARKS OF THE INSIGHT II EXPERIENCE. IN 2021 WE DELIVERED 6 INSIGHT II SEMINARS, ONE OF WHICH WAS VIRTUAL DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.TEEN INSIGHT I: THE AWAKENING HEART SEMINAR.
