GAP MINISTRY PROGRAMS PROVIDING FOR PHYSICAL NEEDS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY-PROVIDED 128 PRODUCT PACKAGES FROM IN-KIND DONATIONS. SOME PROGRAMS WERE PLACED ON HOLD DUE TO COVID-19, WHILE OTHERS OPERATED AT A REDUCED CAPACITY.
TRANSFORMATIONAL MINISTRY WITH LIFE SKILLS CLASSES--OFFERED 3 DIFFERENT CLASSES IN 2021 SERVING 8 PARTICIPANTS IN THE AREAS OF SETTING GOALS, BUDGETING, AND NUTRITIONAL COOKING.
CLEARINGHOUSE CALL CENTER--THE ORGANIZATION HAS FASHIONED A COOPERATIVE HELPING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AGENCIES AND CHURCHES, GENERATED UNTAPPED CHURCH RESOURCES TO MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS, DEVELOPED A CLEARINGHOUSE TO SCREEN NEEDS AND USE COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO MEET NEEDS. COMPLETED 91 FULL INTAKE REQUESTS, ASSISTING 79 FAMILIES
VOLUNTEER MINISTRY WITH TRAINING AND SUPPORT PROVIDED TO OVER 250 VOLUNTEERS TO ACTIVATE THEM IN THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE ORGANIZATION AND TO THE INDIVIDUALS WHO CONTACT THE ORGANIZATION FOR ASSISTANCE.
