AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, THE FOUNDATION OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTION OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF DIGNITY HEALTH.
