GRAYS HARBOR CASA ENSURES THAT ALL DEPENDENT CHILDREN IN GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY RECEIVE A COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE TO REPRESENT THEM IN JUVENILE (DEPENDENCY) COURT. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH TRAINED VOLUNTEERS. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SCREENED, TRAINED, AND SUPERVISED VOLUNTEERS WHO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN, PROVIDING ASSISTANCE, AND SUPPORT TO THE COURT IN ENSURING PERMANENCY AND SAFETY FOR CHILDREN IN OUT-OF-HOME PLACEMENT.
