WORKFORCE DIVISION BRIDGES TRAINING FOUNDATION IS FOCUSED ON THE SUCCESS OF THE CLIENTS WE SERVE. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY SURROUNDING THEM WITH HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF MEMBERS. WE PROUDLY HIRE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE A VARIED WORK HISTORY AND EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. WE DONT SEE LIMITATIONS OR INABILITIES WE ONLY SEE PATHWAYS TO THE NEXT SUCCESS. PLACING THE CUSTOMER WITH QUALIFIED STAFF ALLOWS US TO FOCUS ON THEIR UNIQUE STRENGTHS, RESOURCES, PRIORITIES, CONCERNS, ABILITIES, CAPABILITIES, INTERESTS AND INFORMED CHOICE. BRIDGES PLACES ITS FOCUS FOR THE WORKFORCE TEAM ON THE FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL WORK ASSESSMENT, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT. BRIDGES BAZAAR IS A THRIFT STORE AND HAS SO MANY BENEFITS. ONE, THE INCOME PRODUCED OFFERS ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR OUR UNDERFUNDED PROGRAMS. WHILE THIS IS LISTED FIRST IT IS IN NO WAY THE MOST IMPORTANT FACET. TWO, IS THE RELATIONSHIPS WE FORM WITH THOSE THAT COME TO THE STORE. SO MANY PEOPLE SAY, I DID NOT KNOW YOU WERE HERE BUT NOW THAT I DO, I WILL BE BACK. I WANT TO HELP THREE, WE DONATE ITEMS TO THOSE IN NEED. IN 2022 WE GAVE OVER 1,500 DOLLARS IN MATERIALS TO VARIOUS ENTITIES OR INDIVIDUALS. THIRTY-FIVE CASES OF ADULT DIAPERS WENT TO THE SENIOR CENTER FOR THEM TO DISTRIBUTE. BOOKS ARE OFFERED TO TEACHERS FOR FREE AND TOYS ARE SENT TO TWO DIFFERENT DAY CARES FOR CHILDREN, ALL AT NO COST. BRIDGES HOSTED 43 VOLUNTEERS FOR A TOTAL OF 322 VOLUNTEER HOURS.
