SINCE 2010, JULY 4TH PORTLAND PRIVATELY RAISED FUNDS FOR THE STARS AND STRIPES SPECTACULAR. JULY 4TH PORTLAND WORKED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF PORTLAND COORDINATING THE FIREWORKS AND POPS CONCERT WAS CONDUCTED SAFELY FOR THE 50,000 TO 70,000 SPECTATORS WHO ATTEND. IN 2018 THE CONCERT WAS SUSPENDED DUE TO LACK OF FUNDING. JULY 4TH PORTLAND HAS BEEN WORKING WITH SHAMROCK SIGNATURE OF PORTLAND TO TAKE OVER THE EVENT IN 2019.
