CCA NORTH CORPORATION MAY BORROW MONEY FOR LEASING, HOLDING, AND, MAINTENANCE OF 16 SOUTH MAIN STREET AND CONVEY, LEASE, OR SUBLEASE THE PROPERTY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CAPITAL CENTER FOR THE ARTS.

IT PROVIDES A MORE INTIMATE SETTING FOR LIVE BROADCASTS OF THEATRE AND OPERA; AN OPPORTUNITY TO STAGE MORE LOCAL, INDIE MUSIC ARTISTS, AND SMALLER THEATRE PRODUCTIONS.
