JOB DEVELOPMENT FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS INCLUDES VOCATIONAL EXPLORATION, JOB SEARCH AND APPLICATION TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE, RESUME WRITING ASSISTANCE, INTERVIEW TRAINING, MEETING WITH EMPLOYERS TO ADVOCATE FOR CLIENT PLACEMENT AND JOB COACHING TO ENHANCE JOB RETENTION.
