WORK WITH SCHOOLS AND OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES. PROVIDE GRANTS, BY INVITATION ONLY, TO SUPPORT ADDICTIVE DISORDER RECOVERY.
