TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND SERVICES FOR AT RISK YOUTHS, THROUGH ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION, TO ACHIEVE BETTER PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES. WE WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING SOCIAL, ACADEMIC, AND ATHLETIC ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATHLETES TO ACHIEVE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION, PREPARE FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, AND/OR ENTRY INTO THE WORKFORCE.

Part 3 - Line 4a

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES IN THE FORM OF SOCIAL AND ATHLETIC ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENT ATHLETES FROM 7TH TO 12TH GRADE. STUDENTS ARE GENERALLY FROM LOWER INCOME FAMILIES AND/OR CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES. THE PROGRAM HELPS TO FURTHER CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS PROGRAMS TO ACHIEVE BETTER PERSONAL, FAMILY, AND COMMUNITY OUTCOMES.
