THE TAYLOR HOUSE IS A SAFE TRANSITION HOME FOR FORMER FOSTER AND AT-RISK GIRLS AGES 18-24 WHERE THEY CAN COME TO LIVE AND BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR THEIR FUTURE. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS WITH THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS-EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, TRANSPORTATION, HEALTH & WELLNESS, BUDGETING & BANKING.EMPLOYMENT IS THE FIRST STEP THE TAYLOR HOUSE GIRLS ARE INTRODUCED TO. THIS ALLOWS THE GIRLS TO PAY RENT. EDUCATION-THE TAYLOR HOUSE ASSISTS THE GIRLS WITH A VARIETY OF EDUCATION NEEDS INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, TRADE SCHOOL, AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS. TRANSPORTATION-ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH PROCURING DRIVERS' PERMITS, BEHIND THE WHEEL TRAINING AND LICENSES AS WELL AS OBTAINING RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.HEALTH & WELLNESS-MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING IS AT THE FOUNDATION OF A SUCCESSFUL FUTURE.
